I
am proud to introduce my business ‘Saltimbocca Catering’.
The name was inspired from one of my favourite Italian dishes made of
veal, lined with prosciutto and sage. Saltimbocca
in Italian means ‘jumps in the mouth’.
I
have been a chef for twelve years, working in 5 star hotels in
My
extensive experience catering for large and small functions, along with my great
passion for food led me to embark on my own catering business in Ballarat Vic.
I can customize a menu to suit your needs.
Whether it be a corporate conference or in-service, a canapé party,
formal dinner, platters or salads, you can be confident the food will be
exquisite.
